The sky’s the limit for thiscocktail bar, set to be the highestin Parramatta within the next 12 months.
The new Sky Barwill be more than 100 metres above ground level atop the $309-million V by Crown Group atthe corner of Macquarie and Marsden streets.
The bar will have the best views in Parramatta, according toCrown Group sales and marketing director Roy Marcellus.
‘’The public will be surprised by the views,’’ he said.
The concept is three years in the making.
“Crown identifiedmore and more executive level professionalsare living and or working in Parramatta,’’ Mr Marcellus said.
‘’The demand for theluxurylifestyle end of the market is there for bothresidential and high-end entertainment. People want to enjoy their lifestyles.”
Consisting of two towers, V by Crown Group will alsoincludeluxury suites and a vibrant alfresco dining and retail piazza on ground level.
The 590-apartment development is scheduled for stage one completion in December.
The first residents will move in soon after.
Second stage apartments will soon go on sale.
‘’The majority of stage oneunits have been sold,’’Mr Marcellus said.
Studio units start from $550,000 while athree-bedroom penthouse will set you back $2.295 million.
A Sky Bar opening datewill be announced later this year.
